The Mentorship Program is the auxiliary of ICAWN which provides supportive services to its members and affiliates, as well as community-based advocates. The Program is designed to assist participants in areas involving vision cultivation, planning and execution; business development; business management and expansion; and, intra and inter-personal development. Services are provided under one of two umbrellas:

 

 

• ICAWN Business Coaching and Consulting – is designed for ICAWN members, prospective and affiliate members, as well as non-affiliates who are active owners in the arena and are looking to augment their business and/or expand their network. Coaching and consulting services are facilitated in large or small group settings or may be tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.

 

 

 

• ICAWN Pay-It-Forward Mentoring- provides an opportunity for ICAWN members to give back to the community by sharing their knowledge and expertise in their areas of specialty. Forums might include youth groups, schools, community-based outreach groups, churches, networks, clubs, professional organizations, etc. It is also an opportunity for the community to request the involvement and support of ICAWN in those efforts that are consistent with the policies and priorities of the organization.
